Using our free shipping software with the web account, you will receive the correct package numbers for the destination country when you enter the recipient addresses. This means that the Track & Trace function is available immediately after the package has been created.

After receiving your overpack(s), we feed the individual parcels to your customers directly at the parcel service provider on the same day.

The individual packages are delivered on the next working day (24h standard delivery time).
